How can I request additional services not covered in our service agreement?

This is a very easy process. Simply contact your Sales Representative about your needs and they will respond with a written proposal. Once the proposal is signed, the work will be dispatched for completion.

Do I have to commit to a long term agreement?

No. Service agreement can be drafted for any length of time and many agreements have a clause written in so you may conclude your service with 30 days notice.

Can you help determine janitorial specifications and building maintenance needs?

Yes. During the proposal process, we will perform a building walkthrough. At which time, we can help tailor janitorial specifications to your specific building and budget.
