What is a Design vs. Drawing?

Designs or Artist renderings are graphical aids to help customer visualize what the end product will look like. Architectural Drawings are used by the installation teams and contains all necessary technical specifications for the project.

Do you charge for designs or drawings?

Yes. We charge for the consultations, drawings, and designs. In the event that you have NV Service Group perform the related landscape or hardscape installations, any consultation, drawing, or design fees will be applied towards your project balance.

Do you work without a design or drawing?

For project under $5000 we have the ability to do freeform installations. Above $5000 we require either a designs or drawing. For projects over $25,000 a drawing is required.

Do you provide permits?

Yes. We provide all necessary structure permits as part of our installation.

What is the payment Process?

Design fees are due once services are rendered. This would be when the designs and/or drawings are delivered.
