Do I need to be home when the maids clean my house?

This is up to you. Since we clean Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, the majority of our reoccurring maid service customers give us a key to keep on file. For one-time cleaning a key can be left in a safe place for your visit. It is ideal if you can meet the maid service technician the first time we clean to show them around your home.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?

NV Service Group will always arrive at your home in uniform with our own cleaning products and equipment. Our products are environmentally-friendly and are safe for small children and pets.

If I sign up for reoccurring maid service, will the same person be assigned each time?

We make every effort to ensure that the same team members clean your home each visit. In the event of a staff change, each member of the crew will still have notes on their work orders as to your specific preferences. Should you wish to add a specific preference, please contact the office.

How do I pay for my maid services?

Payment is due on completion of service. You may pay by cash, personal check or credit card. If you prefer to pay by credit card, our maid service technicians can collect your credit information, or we can handle the process from our office. For our customer with reoccurring maid service, we do offer monthly invoicing and the option to leave a credit card on file.
