NV Service Group has always been active in community service. Together with Prince William Community Clean Council’s Adopt- A-Spot and Graffiti Spotters, we are pro-active in cleaning up Prince William County.
The purpose of the Adopt-A-Spot program is to encourage individuals and groups to take responsibility for litter prevention and maintenance in Prince William County. Participants choose a location from the Council’s list of identified “spots.” The partnering group or individual agrees to clean their spot a minimum of nine times during a 12-month period. The Council provides cleaning and safety supplies and a sign to partnering individuals and groups.
Grafitti Spotters is a campaign to reduce the amount of graffiti in Prince William County. The Council has been asked by the County to take the lead role in clearing the community of graffiti. Therefore the Council is recruiting volunteers to partner with them for their newly established “Graffiti Removal Program”.
