How often should our lot be swept?

The factors that affect how often cleaning is required are: Traffic volume, current condition of lot, lot type and area, and surrounding landscape. Remember, the sweeping contractors are only on-site for a limited time and the lot will begin to accumulate trash and debris immediately after being swept.

Do I have to commit to a long term agreement?

No. Service agreement can be drafted for any length of time and many agreements have a clause written in so you may conclude your service with 30 days notice.

Can you help determine parking lot cleaning specifications and maintenance needs?

Yes. During the proposal process, we will perform a on-site survey. At which time, we can help tailor parking lot cleaning specifications to your specific property and budget.
