When do you start Snow Removal operations?

Following an overnight accumulation of two (2) inches or greater, NV Service Group will start Snow Removal operations for commercial properties at 5am. Servicing of Residential properties will commence when snow accumulation has stopped.

What are your average Snow Removal response times?

Upon the completion of a snow fall, NV Service Group is able to reach each of its Snow Removal customers within the following time frames:  2-4” (within 6 hours)  /  5-8” (within 12 hours)  /  9-12” (within 24 hours)  /  13+” (within 36 hours).  We accomplish this by limiting the number of Snow Removal customers assigned to each crew.

What ice melting chemical do you recommend?

We use and recommend Magnesium Chloride. When comparing Magnesium Chloride against other popular products, it is found to be safer for concrete and asphalt, it performs more effective at lower temperatures, it is safer for people and pets, and it is safer for the environment.

Do I need to sign an agreement to receive Snow Removal services?

Yes. Snow Removal is a time sensitive service and in high demand, therefore we have limited availability. We provide service on a first signed, first served basis. So don’t wait till the last minute.
