How do I count the number of windows that require cleaning / What counts as a window?

Every window counts regardless of size. Please include any skylights or glass doors.

Do I need to be home during my window cleaning service?

We do prefer you to be present while we are performing interior window cleaning. With exterior window cleaning, we only request that the external water faucet is accessible and operational.

Upon request, can you provide additional window cleaning related services?

Yes. In addition to window cleaning, we can clean window sills, casements, tracks, and screens.

How do I pay for my window cleaning service?

If you are home during the service, you may pay by cash, personal check or credit card. If payment is not made at the time of completion, we will invoice you for services rendered. For our customer with reoccurring service, we do offer the option to leave a credit card on file.
